How it works
What to expect from your first message to the Home Office decision.
First contact
You send a short enquiry with the basics: who you are, where you live and which route you are asking about. Bright & Day's team replies to arrange a conversation. Don't send documents or passport details at this stage.
Looking at your situation
A member of the immigration team talks through your circumstances and the routes that may fit, including any that might suit you better than the one you asked about.
Scope and fees
Before any paid work starts, you are told what the firm would do, what it would cost and what is not included, such as Home Office fees. If you decide to go ahead, this is confirmed in writing.
Preparing the application
The firm reviews your documents, tells you what else may be needed and prepares the application with you. You check and approve everything before it is submitted.
After you apply
You attend the biometrics appointment. The firm keeps you informed, advises if the Home Office asks for more information or an interview, and explains the decision when it arrives.
Before you instruct anyone
The exact service, who will handle your matter and the fee depend on your case and are confirmed by Bright & Day in writing. The Home Office makes every visa decision; no adviser can promise a result or a decision date.
